REGISTRATION

Thank you for signing up to participate in Running Aces 2025 Trunk-or-Treat!

• All vehicles must arrive and be fully set up by 4:45 PM.
• No early departure for safety reasons — vehicles must remain until the event ends.
• Decorations must be family-friendly.
• Running Aces reserves the right to ask participants to adjust displays if necessary.
• Running Aces will provide candy or a spooky giveaway for you to hand out!
• Don’t forget, there will be a best-trunk contest!

By participating in the Running Aces Trunk-or-Treat event, I acknowledge and agree that my participation is voluntary and at my own risk. I accept full responsibility for my vehicle, personal property, and any items I bring to the event. Running Aces, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to persons or property arising from or in connection with my participation. I further agree to conduct myself in a safe and family-friendly manner at all times throughout the event. My participation constitutes a release and waiver of any and all claims against Running Aces related to this event.
