Fantasy Horse Racing League

Running Aces will be holding a Fantasy horse racing league that is free to play for 60 people where they can win their share of $1,000.

Fantasy Players will choose 4 horses that are racing at Running Aces as their “Fantasy Racing Stable”. The purse earnings at Running Aces for those 4 horses during the contest period will be tracked and the total earnings of all 4 horses combined will be the “score” for that fantasy player. All horses racing at Running Aces is available for everyone’s stable. Players can choose the same horses.

The Fantasy Contest standings will be updated every week with standings published on the contest FB group page, our Announcer’s FB feed, as well as on our Live Racing Broadcast. The top 5 Fantasy Stables score at the end of the contest period by total earnings will be awarded the prize money from the prize pool.

From 6:00pm Thursday, June 13th, through 11:59pm Friday, June 14th the first 60 people that sign up for the league will be entered into the contest. Guests will email FantasyHorseRacing@RunAces.com their name, email address, phone number, address and Date of Birth between that time period to be entered into the contest. Once the contest is full, guests will be notified by email if they are in the promotion or if it is already full.

June 13, 2024 at 6:00pm – Guests can start signing up. (Any email received before 6:00pm will not be allowed).
June 14, 2024 at 11:59pm – Contest registration closes. A limit of 60 participants will be allowed.
June 15, 2024 before 5:00pm all participants will be emailed Resources (past performance pages) for selecting horses, these resources will also be posted on the contest Facebook page.
June 17, 2024 until 5:00pm– Horse selection will close. If participants have not emailed FantasyHorseRacing@RunAces.com they will forfeit their spot in the contest. Once contestants have submitted their 4 horses they will receive a confirmation email.
June 18 through August 25, 2024 – The contest dates for keeping track of the score for each horse.
*July 19, 2024 at 12:00am through 11:59pm on July 20th – Trade period

There will be ONE Trade period when fantasy players, should they wish to do so, may trade or swap out up to 2 horses from their fantasy stable and select new ones. During the “trade period” (12:00 am on July 19 to 11:59 pm on July 20) Fantasy players may “swap-out” or “trade” up to two of their fantasy horses and select a different horse that is racing at Running Aces to take its place. This is optional, players are not required to make a trade. After the trade period, the earnings for the new horse(s) selected will be used for the scoring from that moment through the rest of the contest period, and the earnings from any horse(s) that were traded out will no longer be counted in that player’s score.

The Final Standings Top 5 – will be made up of the top 5 stables at the end of the contest period by total “score” which is the same as the total combined earnings at Running Aces for the 4 horses in each player’s fantasy stable. Prizes are paid out to the top 5 stables.

Prizes:
1st Place – $500 (50% of the purse)
2nd Place – $250 (25% of the purse)
3rd Place – $125 (12% of the purse)
4th Place – $80 (8% of the purse)
5th Place – $50 (5% of the purse)

There will be an awards ceremony at Running Aces in the Winner’s Circle on September 1st during the live races. Winners need to pick up their winnings in person before the 2024 race season ends at Running Aces (September 21, 2024 at 11:59pm.) Winners who cannot pick up their winnings in person will be mailed after September 21st. A W9 form may be requested to receive prize.
