Freedom Fest is back at Running Aces Casino, Hotel & Racetrack on Saturday, September 24, 2022! This year, it’s 3 big events, in 1 exciting day!

Officer Shawn Silvera Memorial 5K Run

The Memorial 5K run is in honor of Officer Shawn Silvera who was killed in the line of duty on September 6, 2005. Shawn lived his life in service to others and so we celebrate his legacy of enhancing the lives of others.
We invite all runners and walkers to celebrate with us!

Cruise for Heroes

Cruise for Heroes is the biggest combined car, truck, and bike cruise! It’s a 50-mile cruise, plus a parking lot party all wrapped up in red, white, and blue! There’s fun for the entire family, including live music, food, a silent auction, a raffle, and much more!

Freedom Fest Country Concert

Freedom Fest Concert with National Country Headliner Rodney Atkins! Also starring special guest National Country star Jerrod Niemann, with hits you’ll know and love “Lover, Lover”, “Drink To That All Night”, “One More Drinking Song” and many more! Local country star and multiple Midwest Country Music Award nominee and winner Jake Nelson opens up the show at 5pm!

All profits raised will go to the Invisible Wounds Project.

The Invisible Wounds Project provides therapy services and resources to Minnesota’s military, first responders, frontline medical staff, corrections, dispatch, and their families, relating to mental health, PTSD, and suicide issues.
